Annex Beach interior restaurant, designed by legendary architect Jacques Garcia, is inspired by the cave of the Borromean Islands Palace.

With over 20 years of experience, Chef Gabriele Faiella, had the chance to be trained by world famous professionals such as Gualtiero Marchesi and Gordon Ramsey.

He has provided worldwide services in different types of restaurants from family run to Michelin starred ones.
